Transitional production HJ knife made by Emil Voos. Steel magnetic hilt. Intact grip diamond that moves when touched. Front black grip plate has a crack left of the diamond. Transitional style blade with ricasso, HJ motto etched on the front and the Emil Voos logo stamped on the backside together with the RZM code etched underneath. Dated 1937.
Important note! The blade sits loosely in the grip. It “wiggles.” I made a video about this on YouTube. You can see the video under the photos.
The blade also seems to be sharpened near the tip, making it shorter.
The steel scabbard has its original black paint. The black leather belt loop is in good condition with a working snap button.
Blade length (from hilt): 13.7 cm.
