An original WW2 German Luftwaffe boot knife. The wooden grip plates are secured with steel rivets, and it has a steel crossguard. The steel blade shows light corrosion but remains intact. It is stamped with the Waffenamt mark “5” on the front side, and some cross-grain is still visible. The original black-painted scabbard is in good condition.
