An original WW2 German Luftwaffe boot knife. The wooden grip plates are secured with steel rivets, and it has a steel crossguard. The steel blade exhibits light corrosion but remains in full shape. It is stamped with the Waffenamt “5” on the front side, and some cross grain is still visible. The original black-painted scabbard has a broken middle pin on the back. The blade sits slightly loose in the scabbard.
