German WW2 dress bayonet made by Ernst Pack & Söhne. High quality early production with a magnetic steel hilt. Black Bakelite grip plates held on by two grip screws typical for Pack. The red felt bayonet slot buffer is still in place. Clean nickel-plated steel blade stamped on the backside with the Pack logo. The blade is the short size model. The leather buffer pad is in place. Steel scabbard with original black paint and an untouched scabbard screw. Some wear of a leather frog on the paint. This is a fantastic condition bayonet by a great maker.
